It took me a YEAR to release these two trousers.

And honestly? I could have launched much sooner.

But every sample you see here was another reminder that I wasn’t willing to settle.

The fit wasn’t quite right.
The proportions weren’t right.
The fabric wasn’t right.
Something always needed changing.

When you’re creating for petite women, you can’t just take a standard trouser and make it shorter. The rise, waistband, knee placement, pockets, proportions — everything has to be considered.

So I kept going back to the drawing board.

Because I didn’t start PERFECT PETITE to release something just because it was “good enough.”

I wanted trousers I’d actually want to wear myself. And I wanted you to feel the difference too.

A year, countless samples and a lot of tweaking later… these are finally here. 🤍

Being petite isn’t just about having shorter legs.

I thought the hardest part of starting a petite clothing brand would be designing the clothes.

I was wrong.

The designing is the part I love most.

It’s everything that comes after — finding the right fabric, getting the fit right, sampling, making changes, dealing with manufacturers, figuring out quantities, pricing, shipping, and all the little details no one sees.

And when you’re creating something specifically for petite women, there’s very little room for “close enough.”

Every detail matters.

I’m now starting the process of sampling my next petite trouser, and this time I’m taking you behind the scenes of the entire journey.

From the first idea → to the final sample.
