After 17 years in the Hospitality business and over 10 years only Managing hotels in Central London and Europe , I’ve taken the leap into running my own Management Company.
I now help Businesses improve their revenue, streamline budgeting, and make the most of their PMS (posting master system ) and any operational system.
It's not always easy, but the goal is simple: help owners/managers sleep better at night knowing their numbers make sense and their operational structure is there.
I have struggled as manager not being able to sleep or get disturbed during the night, I don’t want that to continue for other people, when my phone was ringing at 2-3-4 am and I have never been able to get enough sleep and to be able to concentrate fully the following day.
