The kids an an early summer vacation because I cant travel now or with a newborn, i had to hide my pregnancy in an oversized tshirt because i couldnt get a permissiontofly note 🤣🤣🤣 and I was scared the school was going to fine me but they didnt . 12 days absent and we good 👏👏👏👏


Tickets are ridiculously expensive the minute kids close school thats why we always travel days or weeks before school close.

Last year I was fined £160 😫😫😫💔

Every time someone says, "Zimbabweans are weak," I wonder if they truly understand what this country has been through😭😢

Courage is not measured by how loudly people speak. Sometimes courage is surviving in an environment where speaking has consequences.

The last time people stood up in protest, lives were lost. That moment didn't just end with the protests,it left behind fear, trauma, and a painful reminder of what can happen when ordinary citizens raise their voices.

So before you judge our silence, remember that fear can be taught just as easily as courage.

I look forward to the day when Zimbabweans can disagree, question, and speak without fear. Until then, many of us carry words we cannot safely say out loud.

Silence is not always weakness. Sometimes, it's the language of people who have learned the cost of speaking.
