How to budget when wedding-dress shopping 🤍

Don’t look only at the price tag of the dress. Keep these 3 things in mind:

Plan a separate budget for alterations—most dresses need them.

Basic fitting changes are one thing; design changes such as sleeves, a new neckline or a different back cost extra.

Don’t choose a dress just because it is cheaper. Choose the one you truly love—trying to turn a cheaper dress into your dream dress can end up costing more.

It's been a while since I've shared one of my brides, but with bridal season in full swing, I'm receiving so many beautiful photos. 💕

Today, I'd like to feature Sarah and her stunning wedding dress. Originally a sleeveless corset gown, we transformed it according to Sarah's wishes by adding straps and custom-made sleeves, creating a look that was uniquely hers.

When Chiara came to pick up her wedding dress today, she surprised me with a box of ice cream as a thank-you. 🍦❤️

What she probably didn't realize is that this small gesture became the highlight of our family's entire week.

My husband was excited, my kids were thrilled, and the ice cream disappeared faster than I'd like to admit. 😂

As a seamstress, I spend my days making sure every detail is perfect. Little acts of appreciation like this remind me why I love what I do.
