We’re looking for someone special to join our team at The Lingerie Company. 🤍

Founded by Annie, a three-time winner of Best Independent Retailer in the World, The Lingerie Company has spent more than 25 years helping women feel comfortable, confident and supported through expert bra fitting and genuine care.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves people and has a passion for retail.

This is much more than selling lingerie.

Every day you’ll have the opportunity to help women of all ages and life stages feel comfortable, confident and cared for, while assisting with the day-to-day running of our boutique, including customer service, merchandising, stock and general administration.

If you enjoy building genuine connections, love delivering exceptional customer service and are organised, compassionate and happy to pitch in, we’d love to hear from you.

Previous experience in women’s fashion, lingerie, cosmetics or premium retail is preferred, but not essential.

We’ll train the right person. What matters most to us is finding someone who genuinely loves people, loves retail and wants to make a difference in women’s lives every day.

✨ Casual position (15–20 hours per week, including Saturdays)
📍 Mitcham Square Shopping Centre
