Our Carnival of Colour fete is getting closer, and we need your help to stock one of our sweetest stalls. 🍫 🍬

From tomorrow (Monday, 30 March), please bring your chocolate donations:

📍 Drop off at the tuckshop:
🕗 8:00 – 8:45am (drop-off)
🕝 2:30 – 3:15pm (pick-up)

⚠️ Important:
Please hand donations to one of our team and don’t leave chocolate unattended outside.

🏆 Class Competition
The class with the most donations wins Zooper Doopers for the whole class! (Prep – Year 2 and Year 3 – 6 counted separately)

Every donation counts.

🍫 JPSS Fete Chocolate Drive – Coming Soon!

Our Carnival of Colour fete is getting sweeter 🍬

From 30 March, we’ll be collecting chocolate donations for one of our most popular stalls.

💡 Tip:
If you’re doing your weekly shop, keep an eye out for chocolate special and pop a few aside for the fete. Thank you!

Our Carnival of Colour fete is getting closer, and we’re getting things ready behind the scenes.

We’re holding a Preparation Day on:

📅 Sunday, 26 April 2026
🕘 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

This is a chance to help with simple tasks like:
✔ checking equipment
✔ sorting and organising materials
✔ general setup preparation
✔ getting everything ready for fete day

💛 Many hands make light work, and even a small amount of time makes a big difference.

🌱👕 JPSS Fete Donation Drive – Plants & Clothes 🌻🌵

Our Carnival of Colour fete donation drive continues this week!

We are collecting:

🌱 Plants or seedlings
🪴 Garden pots
👕 Second-hand adult clothes

📍 Drop-off locations:
🌱 Plants → outside the tuckshop front garden
👕 Clothes → outside the tuckshop (same as book donations)

🏆 Zooper Dooper Class Challenge: The class with the most donations wins Zooper Doopers for the whole class!

Two class groups:
Prep – Year 2

🎪 JPSS Carnival of Colour – Fete Preparation Day

Our JPSS school fete is getting closer, and before the big day we need a little help behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready.

Join us for our Fete Preparation Day where we’ll be checking supplies, organising equipment and preparing materials for the stalls.

📍 Junction Park State School

There are a range of ways to help, including:

✔ Stall readiness checks
✔ Sorting stall supplies and equipment
✔ Cleaning and organising materials
✔ First aid support

Many hands make light work, and even an hour of help makes a big difference.

🌈 Get ready for a rainbow of fun at the JPSS Carnival of Colour Fete!

Our much-loved school fete is back and promises a fantastic day for families and the wider community.

Date & Time

📅 Sunday 3 May 2026
🕘 9:30 am - 3:00 pm

Join us for a colourful celebration filled with:

🎡 Games and rides
🎶 Music and entertainment
🍔 Food and market stalls
🎨 Face painting and craft activities
👗 Best dressed prizes

There will be something for everyone - kids, parents, friends and neighbours.

Our fete plays an important role in raising funds for extra resources, equipment and opportunities for our students at Junction Park State School.

Bring your friends, bring the grandparents, and come along for a wonderful community day.
