The DESIGNER COLLECTION provides you all your Pakistani brands clothing needs on one platform. Be it Women dresses, Men kurta shalwar or kids ethnic attires. We only deal in original Pakistani branded ready to wear clothes on pre-order basis.
2. All dresses are bought directly from the brand store in Pakistan when an order is placed, we don't stock them in Pakistan.
3. We don't offer stitching or
customisation services.
4. There might be a change of color tone in the actual dresses as compared to the model pictures due to difference in lighting. Some policies of The DESIGNER COLLECTION page:
1. Before buying, please make sure your decision is definite. There won't be any cancellation or refund or exchange of your orders.
2. We take full amount in advance via bank transfer for the processing of order (screenshot of transfer receipt is required for the record of payment)
3. Our shipment comes by the end of each month and delivery will be in the last week of that month at your doorstep.
4. Postage costs of $10 to $15 apply from Brisbane to your location and it depends on the volume of your parcel.
5. We dispatch orders via standard post with the Authority to leave at doorstep option (tracking number is provided). If you want registered or express post, then kindly mention it beforehand as postage cost varies accordingly.
6. Deliveries to regional areas and to Perth requires more than 7 business days time, if you want on urgent basis then do mention it when placing an order.
7. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, size issue, doesn't match description reasons. Return is only accepted if the item is defected or we sent the wrong article/size by mistake. If there are such issues, kindly inbox us and we will resolve it.
8. In case of unavailability of your ordered article, we will inform you within 2 weeks time after the order is placed then you can either choose any other dress if you like in exchange of the previous order or we will refund you for that item. We are not responsible if the ordered article is not available anymore as branded dresses get sold out fast.
