All of our packages are sent via Australia Post. We ask that you please allow 3 working days once your payment has cleared for us to get your order packed up and lodged with Australia Post. Please visit the Australia Post website to estimate your delivery times. We post all orders from postcode 4517 so enter your postcode on their site for an estimated deliv

Once your package has been scanned into Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information Evie Jean Collection will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 13 76 78 during business hours. Tag must still be attached and items must be unworn and in a resealable state. We pride ourselves on our quality and customer service, which ensures your Evie Jean Collection shopping experience is a great one. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our earrings for change of mind. CONSUMER GUARANTEES:

If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Please keep in mind that the Evie Jean Collection are individually hand crafted and therefore minor imperfections are to be expected. This in no way impacts the durability or quality of the item you ordered. Items returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable time frame subject to proof of purchase. Please see clothing label for care instructions. Please treat your earrings with care. If dropped or stored incorrectly, they may break or become damaged in some way. Follow these helpful tips:
- Store accessories in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate boxes or in an earring holder/stand.
- Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and moisturisers as this may damage your jewellery.
- Your jewellery does not like to get wet! So please remove it BEFORE you enter water!
