What I've been watching this month 🖥🍿

Ive been watching 'Interview with the vampire' for awhile and have now started on the new Lestat series, Lestat is one of the main Vampires in the series and is now set in current times and playing a rockstar.

I also watched a movie the other day called 'The Mummy' was super creepy, if your a fan of horror movies I would recommend. Some scenes were abit to gory for my liking but the ending was satisfying.

After the super creepy movie i decided I needed to watch something more light hearted and started watching the series 'Elle' based on the movie Legally blonde when she was in high school. Its a nice cute watch

Quick meal Wednesday 🐷🧀

I work late on Wednesdays so dinner is always something I can throw together super Quick

Tonight was a jar carbonara sauce & spaghetti pasta with pork loin steaks which were sliced up on top off the pasta

Tonights dinner was abit of a flop 😂

Garlic butter fish was meant to be a nice peice of fish covered in the garlic butter sauce over a bed of egg fried rice but the fish just crumbled into a big fish mess 😂
so we had scrambled garlic butter fish over rice, still tasted great just not visually appealing

Next time I would purchase fresh fish over defrosted frozen fish

Mongolian beef & rice tonight 😋
This is definitely a favourite in our household 💜

Tonight I used some porterhouse steak sliced thinly and I always use what ever vegies i have on hand that need using tonights was capsicum, cauliflower and some green beans 🫑

My sister visited the other day and we decided to put together a charcuterie board to snack on.
We are both on a health journey at the moment so focused on making it a little healthier including making a greek yoghurt garlic & herb dip and a low calorie wine 🧀🥂

Lily had a dentist appointment today, she is such a trooper when it comes to the dentist and loves chosing a little toy when finished.

Has anyone seen a bruised tooth before?

She was hit by a swing at kinder and a few weeks later her front tooth turned black apparently it is a burst blood vessel that leaks into the tooth causing it to bruise.
Id never heard of this happening until now
