The dust has barely settled from everyone finishing an awesome weekend at Winterfest Biloela , we would like to say a huge thank you to Kim and Paul for asking us back for another year and the customers who supported us, we are so grateful.
We loved catching up with our festival family Nonno's Pizza and The Wandering Bean, we also loved meeting The Wholefood Kitchen family!
The apprentice was living his best life listening to the great music and playing his own guitar, while catching a Bubba Bishop shirt and getting it signed!
A huge thank you goes to Bubba Bishop, Trent Richardsonn and Rhys Crimmin for taking the time to chat to him and take a photo, another huge thanks goes to Sunday Lemonade and Tennesse Lights for either encouraging him or accepting his complements.
We can't wipe the smile off his face, I bet he won't put his guitar down for a while.
We hope everyone got to their next destination safely and we look forward to more great memories next year!

Yesterday we cooked main meats and delivered to a customer for their event tonight.
Today we're doing a different sort of post because we've been flat out.
A private birthday party in the Mount Murchie area.
The food is ready to go with Chicken Wing, Halloumis and Jalepeno Poppet for nibbles and Pulled Pork, Sliced Brisket, Potatobakes, and Coleslaw for mains.

Our post is late but we have been cooking all day for this meaty menu for a private event in Bilo.
No.7 Marble Angus Wagyu briskets today on trial, with pulled pork and chicken thighs. We have a very nice nibbles menu including our tasty Brisket sausages mixed flavours, Bacon Halloumis, Jocks Jalepeno Poppers and Burnt Ends plus 3 sides.
