This move is about more than just a new website; it’s a celebration of growth and creativity. 🧵 Along with my signature essentials, I have several new product lines on board that I have been pouring my heart into. 🚨 Payment Policy Update 🚨

Please note the updated payment policy for Stitching Desert Rays, effective immediately.

✅ DEPOSITS

- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure all custom and made-to-order items.

- The deposit confirms your order and allows materials and preparation to be allocated specifically for you.

- All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind or cancellation.

✅ BALANCE PAYMENTS

- The remaining 75% balance must be paid in full before work commences.

- Orders will not enter the production queue, and no materials will be cut or assembled, until 100% of payment has been received.

✅ COMMENCEMENT OF WORK

- Production begins only once:

* The 25% non-refundable deposit has been paid, and

* The remaining balance has been paid in full

- Any quoted turnaround times apply from the date full payment is received, not from the date of deposit.

✅ CANCELLATIONS

- Cancellations made before full payment is received will forfeit the 25% non-refundable deposit.

- Once full payment has been made and work has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.

✅ CHANGE OF MIND

- As items are custom and/or made to order, change-of-mind refunds are not offered, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

- This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described.

✅ PAYMENT METHODS

- Accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of ordering. Orders remain unpaid until cleared funds are received.

✅ AGREEMENT

- By placing an order and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this payment policy.
