I want a different shape, can you do that?
No worries! We offer shaping at no extra cost when the hat is purchased.

Do you ship your hats?
Yes of course! We post daily to all over AUS and NZ 🇦🇺 🇳🇿

Do you offer shaping to online orders?
Yes we do. Simply put a note in the checkout order notes and it will be done before sending. Alternatively, you can flip us an email or message on socials with pictures.

How wide can I go in the front with my brim?
Ideally no more than 9cm wide. Reason being once you start to go wider than that, your hat starts to lose its stability and there is too much weight on your gutters which then pulls your gutters down and a cap like brim begins to take shape in the front. The brim in a straw will then become quite soft and floppy.
