Loved pushing my creativity in this day-before-christmas-concert sew 🤪

There's something magical and gentle about waves of tulle that makes you feel fairy-like and unlocks the imagination to a world of possible 🌟

I adore this Gumnut Babies fabric which supports The Northcott Society and Cerebral Palsy Alliance, and love gifting gifts that keep on giving.

Tulle for days 😍 And onto more dresses, and skirts with matching hairclips!!

Finished sewing the buttons on this riffle paper co fabric work top! I really wanted to have a Peter Pan collar, but will just have to settle for a white blouse worn underneath. FB friends, do you like the summer vest design?

Backyard chickens are our family pets. We love watching our chicks grow up, and also the kids love watching mum on chicken runs, literally!! 🤣

Happy New Year, peeps! New year's resolution: day two. Finish incomplete sewing projects. Repeat (& resist adding to stash) 🥳
When life gets busy, and sewing machine gets dusty, school holidays are my only "downtime". I finally got myself a new job after being made redundant last year, so I've got motivation to finish my pretty Rifle Paper Co work tops on the table! 🙌💪🥰

Christmas Countdown. 3 more sleeps to go! Woohoo! Our family tradition is icing cookies, making gingerbread houses and A LOT OF BAKING! This year, for a special family reunion, I'll be whipping up a keylime pie, remembering the time I worked in Houston and feasted on so much BBQ, texmex, and amazing pies!
