We collaborate with groups and individuals in Brisbane’s LGBTQ community to create unique and innovative products and merchandise. Our mission is to be a voice for the minority while rewriting the narrative for a newer, more inclusive future.

What age did you first come out, and how did your family take it?

I first came out as a gay at the age of 12, but as time went on ,I felt like i still wasn't MY TRUE SELF.
When i turned 16, I told my mum that I wanted to be a women and that being just “gay” wasn't me.
Most of my family were ok with the idea, but as we know there is always a couple that never feel the same.

My mother and grandmother already knew i was going to be a girl due to my effeminate behaviour as a kid.
As for the rest of my family, they were 50/50 about me transitioning.

At present, my family wouldn't change me for the world, they accept me for who i am.
It may have taken, some time to do so, but its given me tough skin, a heart thats true and a fighting spirit that no one can take from me.

What do friends and family LOVE about you, and why?

My friends say that i am easy to get along with, loyal and funny. Im also very emotionally intune with myself.

What are you passionate about right now, and why?: I am passionate about activism. I want to make sure people in my circle are loved and happy.

Shop Navin merch: www.haulcrawl.com. I was 15 when I came out to my parents. I initially came out as bisexual, as I thought this would be easier for my parents. It still went horribly though, my sister had to intervene to calm them down. They have since become used to the idea, but our relationship is still rocky. I now identity as gender-fluid and pansexual.
