Haru — Sweet • Creamy • Umami 🍃
A soft, beautifully balanced ceremonial matcha from Uji, Kyoto. Hand-picked in the first harvest, shade-grown for 29 days and slowly stone-milled. Smooth enough for your morning usucha, with enough depth to shine in a latte.

Hikari — Balanced • Umami • Floral 🌸
A more expressive ceremonial matcha, crafted for those who enjoy a little more depth and intensity. From the first harvest in Uji, Hikari brings rich umami, fresh green sweetness, gentle bitterness and a clean, lingering finish.

Hojicha — Roasted • Warm • Comforting 🍂
