I first became a fan 2 years ago when I was working as a rafting guide in Japan. Nearly all the rafting guides there wore these Gyosan sandals as their day to day shoe, carrying the rafts over slippery, uneven rocks, quick drying and pretty funky looking! I b

ought my first pair in 2023 (I chose yellow!) and I still wear them today (the yellow pair in the cover photo- not bad condition I reckon!)

WHY AM I SELLING THEM? Nobody is selling them in Australia (that's crazy?!) and I reckon Australia needs them! They're affordable and great for everything! Funky town sandals, beach sandals, garden flip flops, fishing trips, boat workers, unexpected nature hikes, walking in the rain, shower sandals etc! Functional, stylish and affordable.

I have started a little mini business based in Cairns, Australia selling Jandals...tough Japanese sandals!

I first became a fan about 2 years ago while rafting in Japan (nearly all the raft guides had a pair and would carry rafts over the slippery rocks!) I thought Australia really needs to check these out!!

Made in Japan and originally designed for fishermen, they are perfect for all water activities (boating, fishing, walking on slippery rocks), your daily supermarket run (no slipping in the supermarket on a rainy day!), hitting the town (all the funky colours!!!) and hanging off poles!! They are also really tough (not even sumo wrestlers can break them).
