When you book, you’ll see 9am as your collection time. We want to be upfront with you, we may not knock on your door at 9am on the dot.

Here’s why. Each day we plan the most efficient collection route across your zone so we can serve as many of you as possible. That means your collection might be earlier, later, or somewhere in between.

What we can promise is this, your bags will always be collected before the end of the day. 💚

So leave them out, go about your day, and we’ll take care of the rest. That’s the whole point of Loop.
