Big news for our community today 🌈

We were featured on this week along with our Ambassador , talking about a question we hear constantly in-store: is it safe to exercise in a binder?

A new study, one of the largest of its kind, found no real difference in exercise performance between people wearing a binder and those who weren't. Not the final word (still peer review pending) but genuinely reassuring.

Fear shouldn't be the reason you miss a run, a swim, or a surf with your dad. And the one thing that hasn't changed: fit is everything, please don't DIY with tape.

Huge thanks to the UWA researchers for giving our community some real evidence to work with.
