Transform started because our kid deserved better. 💙

When Eli came out as transgender, we couldn't find a chest binder in Australia. The ones we ordered from overseas were either effective but uncomfortable, or comfortable but ineffective.

So we thought: comfort is a human right. And we built something better.

That's still why we do this. Every garment. Every fitting. Every decision.

Gil was raised to be the eldest daughter of Vietnamese refugee parents — responsible, selfless, and easy to understand.

He was none of those things. Not really.

His gender journey wasn't a dramatic moment of revelation. It was something quieter and more hard-won: a slow, deliberate process of stripping back every role that had ever been assigned to him — daughter, sister, girl — until he could finally see what was underneath.

"It's just about trying to get rid of all those default expectations that I didn't sign up to."
