Today is a very special day as we celebrate 30 wonderful years of the Drouin Anglican Church Op Shop! 3️⃣0️⃣🎈

30 years! We’ve been more than just a place to find treasures and bargains galore. It has been a place of community, kindness, memories, generosity and support. 🥰

A sincere THANK YOU to everyone who has been part of our community over the last thirty years. For a short while or a long while, your input is still valued and appreciated. Thank you to the community, our customers, donors and volunteers 🤍 🫶🏼

📣 A special thank you to our founding members - Pat Biggs, Rosemary Hearn, Jean Lockwood and Pauline Davies. 💐

On a personal note, I am honoured to be in place as Senior Manager over the Drouin Anglican Church Op Shop at the time of such a milestone celebration. Thank you to all 💞

We turn THIRTY on Wednesday and we are celebrating for the whole month of September! 🎉 🎉

🎉 You’ve been asking and we’re proud to deliver.
As of TODAY, we will now be accepting donations three days per week! 3️⃣

In addition to Tuesdays and Thursdays, we are now accepting donations on Saturdays as well! This starts today, so hurry down! 📦

PS - yes, we are able to accept donations of clothing and linen again. Thank you for your patience

Also a reminder - we have our market stall set up today at Drouin Rotary Market so make sure to pop by if you’re there!

A big thank you to everyone who has donated to us recently. You’ve all been so generous, we’ve been inundated with donations and are running out of space! 🤯

Donations today (Thursday 13th) will go ahead as usual - however we cannot accept clothes or linen, to give us a chance to catch up and process your generous donations. 📦

This is a great time to remind you that we are always on the lookout for more volunteers to help out - to assist with sorting donations or working customer service.
If you’re interested please reach out and we’d love to chat and help you through the application process. 🤩

We are so pleased to be able to offer financial support to organisations in our local community. We recently donated $1,000 to Drouin West Fire Brigade - CFA and were kindly invited to the opening of their updated Breathing Apparatus Room to see what they had done.

Thank you to all their tireless volunteers for helping keep our community safe - we owe you! 🔥🚒🚨

Happy Friday - almost the end of the week! 🎉

Our team is very excited for the weekend because we will be at Drouin Rotary market tomorrow morning from 9am-1pm! We’ll have a range of goodies for you to browse 🧐

Unfortunately our Shop is closed today but our Warehouse is open until 1pm
Pop down for a visit to 65 Roberts Court and snap yourself a bargain!
We received new donations yesterday so you’re bound to find some extra treasures today 😄

Big changes going on here - we are currently upgrading our register point of sales system.
To make the process as smooth as possible, we are staggering the change.

As of today, our street Shop is now operating with a new register/point of sales.
Our Warehouse will make the change in a couple of weeks time.

Please be extra patient when shopping with us as our volunteers learn the new system.

Remember to be kind and patient. Any rudeness towards our volunteers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the shop.

Thank you for understanding and supporting our lovely volunteers as they navigate this big change. We hope this makes the experience easier for all! 🙂

Plus spot our shiny new signs, directing you straight to us!

Opening the first Sunday of each month, alongside Longwarry Market.
