WE’RE TURNING 1 🤍

And what a journey it has been.

October is our anniversary month, and we’re so excited to celebrate with our beautiful community.

OHLA ACTIVE was born 3 years ago, but officially launched just 1 year ago 🙈

From day one, our mission has been simple: to empower you to move your body in the cleanest way possible.

We care about what touches your skin, the people who make your clothes, and the impact they have on our planet.

That’s why we choose organic, natural and recycled materials, work with ethical manufacturers, and partner with people who share our values.

From fibre to feeling, we want you to trust what you wear. 🤍

The first two years were all about working hard, saving, learning, researching and building a clear vision for what OHLA could become.

And this past year? It has been a year of growth, learning, failing, starting again and choosing optimism.

A year of transition — starting over in Perth, Australia, and somehow finishing it in Nevada, USA. 🙏🏻

3 trips to our manufacturer.
2 big physical launches.
2 online launches.
Markets in Margaret River.
And so many beautiful new people discovering OHLA along the way. 🙈

Looking back, we genuinely couldn’t be happier with how far we’ve come.

If you’re new here, I thought it was time to share a little more about the person behind OHLA. 🤎 no ones is perfect, I’m just sharing one part of the this!

I’m 34, and my journey to creating OHLA has been anything but straightforward.

So here’s a little piece of my story, the unexpected chapters, the lessons, and the reasons behind what I’m building today.

We’re changing the way we talk about “low-tox” activewear. 🤍

The more we learn, the more we believe transparency matters more than making perfect-sounding claims.

We’re not going to call our clothes “non-toxic” or “plastic-free” when we know those are claims we can’t fully prove.

Instead, we want you to know what your clothes are made from, who made them, what has been tested and certified, and where we still have room to do better.

Traceability is at the heart of what we’re building at OHLA.

We’re still learning. We’re still researching. And we’re still looking for better alternatives.

Because we don’t believe conscious fashion is about being perfect.
