A bit of fun for ioMerino this morning. It's a balancing act at times like these, but we still need fun. ✌🏼

Due to the current Coronavirus situation, we’ve been notified that like almost every single other thing we were looking forward to, April Fools Day has now been postponed and instead will be on September 1 this year. This date change is likely to take some people by surprise, so please put it in your diary now. Anyone found making a fool of anyone else at this time will be subject to significant penalties from the Global April Fool Committee. Thankyou for your co-operation.

Wait, are we supposed to post to say that it's business as usual? That we're still working? That we're not in quarantine or something? OK, that.

We're busy little beavers just doing our thing. We helped launch a new FruChocs flavour... are working on the relaunch of Kosmic Sound in Perth... did some new Tshirt designs for our friends at ioMerino... and even found time to do a new logo for ourselves in there. And probably a bunch of other stuff as well.

We know it's tough out there for a lot of businesses right now, and of there's anything we can do, just sing out. If you need actual work done, we can do that. If you just need some free advice cause things are tough, let us know and we'll do what we can.

Strange times indeed. Hang in there.

Our content division have been hard at work doing actually not very much these past five days while our timelapse set up captures a new activation going in to The FruChocs Shop. Looking forward to sharing this one with you when it's done.

We set this time lapse camera up in the corner of The FruChocs Shop five days ago... we ducked back today to see how it was all progressing and it's looking mighty fine. About 24 hours to go then we can start piecing everything together.

New product launch for our friends at FruChocs. We may have had to photograph some of these. And by 'photograph' we mean 'we ate them. all.' 🙄 Oops. And yes, they are as delicious as you think they would be.

It's pretty epic to see all sorts of brands fly their colours as part of Pride month.

Quite often we hear people say things like "Oh, they're just jumping on the bandwagon blah blah blah". But as any marketer knows, drawing a line in the sand, especially a rainbow coloured one, is a risk. It risks alienating people. And it risks losing customers. And no marketer likes to do that.

Of course, at Out of this World we couldn't give a toss about upsetting people. We do what we believe in and damn the consequences. But you know, we know not all our clients can afford to be quite so daring at times. 😂

It’s a fact: Adventures are better shared. And the more people that get outside together, the stronger and more diverse our outdoor community becomes. That’s why we couldn’t be more proud to celebrate with our LGBTQ+ employees, athletes, friends and family during Pride Month.
