After years of working with salons, we've seen the same mistakes come up over and over.
Buying based on price instead of quality - It might save money upfront, but replacing uniforms every few months usually costs more in the long run.
Choosing looks over function - We hear therapists all the time saying their tops gape when they bend over, the fabric is itchy, there are no pockets, or bleach leaves marks after a few washes. If your team isn't comfortable, they'll notice it all day.
Not creating a consistent look - When everyone wears different styles or simply wears whatever they have at home, it takes away from the professional image you've worked so hard to build.
A good uniform should be comfortable, practical and make your team feel confident.
