The best conversations happen over something warm.

Josh wore his "Got Problems? I've got Tea" hoodie to a catch-up with an old mate. His mate noticed it, laughed, and then said, "Actually, I do have problems. I've been dealing with depression and didn't know how to tell you."

That tea didn't fix anything. But it gave them both permission to be real.

Sometimes the smallest gesture opens the biggest conversations. And sometimes that's exactly what someone needs to hear that they're not alone.

Who's the mate you've been meaning to catch up with? Grab a coffee, a tea, or whatever your vibe is. Just show up.

Hiding the Veggies in mental health.

Itโ€™s about building mental health into things people already want to do, wear, join or talk about, instead of making support feel like homework.

A shirt, a walk, a coffee, a game, a silly little community moment. The activity does the heavy lifting, and the conversation has somewhere easier to land.

Sometimes you buy a shirt for other people. Sometimes you buy it for yourself.

Maya ordered a "You Good Mate?" tee as a reminder. Every time she put it on, it was her asking herself that question. Am I actually good? What do I need right now?

Sounds simple. But having that prompt every morning changed how she showed up for herself.

Mental health isn't just about checking in on others. It's about checking in on you too.

What does checking in on yourself look like for you? Let us know in the comments.

Not sure how to check in?

Try this. Ask, listen, then stay a bit longer than usual.

A simple โ€œyou good?โ€ can open the door. Grab a YGC tee and help keep the convo going. ๐Ÿ’š

This tee started a real yarn ๐Ÿ’œ

One person wore it, and before long the whole deck was talking about mental health, honestly.

Thatโ€™s why we do this. 25% of every sale goes straight to grassroots mental health support, because conversations like this matter.

If youโ€™ve had a shirt, hoodie, or even a mug start a good check-in, tell us below. Weโ€™d love to hear it.

Shop the drop and wear the convo.

We said from the start that You Good? Clothing would be built on transparency, so hereโ€™s a real one.

This quarter, our revenue has been lower than expected, which means the donation amount we would be passing on is smaller than weโ€™d hoped. Rather than making a token donation just to tick the box, weโ€™ve made the decision to hold this quarterโ€™s donation over and roll it into the next round.

That means every sale still counts. Nothing disappears. Nothing gets quietly brushed under the rug. The donation is still coming, weโ€™re just giving it a better chance to become something more useful for the grassroots mental health work itโ€™s meant to support.

Building a social enterprise is a bit like building IKEA furniture without the instructions, a missing Allen key, and a toddler asking questions the whole time. But weโ€™re still here, still learning, still showing up, and still committed to doing this properly.

Thanks to everyone who has bought something, shared a post, nominated an organisation, or even just told someone about us. It all helps more than you probably realise.

You good? Weโ€™re getting there.

Real talk: You don't need to be a therapist to change someone's life.

Sometimes all it takes is showing up. Asking the hard question. Listening without trying to fix it. Being the mate who actually cares.

We started You Good? Clothing because we know what it feels like when someone genuinely checks in on you. It changes things. It saves things.

Your shirt opens the door. The rest is up to all of us.

25% of every sale goes to grassroots organisations doing the real work. Because real change happens when we show up for each other.

Conversations happen in the weirdest places.

Tom wore his "Got Problems? I've got Coffee" hoodie to work. His boss noticed it and asked about it. Turns out, his boss had been struggling with burnout for months and didn't know how to bring it up.

That hoodie started a conversation that led to Tom's boss finally taking proper leave and getting support.

A shirt shouldn't have to do the heavy lifting. But sometimes, it gives us the permission we need to say the thing we've been holding onto.

If you're struggling at work, you're not alone. Check in on your crew.

25% of every sale supports grassroots mental health orgs. You Good?
