Tell me, I’m curious to know!

Protection of your craft, the health of your business and your own wellbeing often feels so at odds!

And I am far from an expert in this…

I want to know: what do you do to help protect your craft/work/life so all can flourish?

AND what are you finding to be the major road blocks to achieving these? ie: procrastination, social media, cooking etc.
