Trail running. The therapist I never knew I needed.

I don’t just like trail running, I need trail running.

It’s the thing that keeps me level when things are chaotic, it’s the peace I need when my mind is busy and the challenge I need to believe in myself when I doubt who I am and what I’m capable of.

93/100k done for the 100.

My race was going so well, but in the early hours of the morning at about 4:30am I had to call it at Thredbo, Village Green.
I was fighting dizziness, nausea, low blood sugar, a broken pack and torrential rain and just could not get my self right to finish the last big climb.

I am so happy for what I achieved and so grateful for the support I received from everybody across my race prep and during the run, especially my incredible crew.

My first ever 100k attempt was just the beginning and taught me so much for my next in Buffalo in 4 months.

Onwards and upwards!
