Krishna’s journey of healing changed her life in ways she never expected. The support of the right people and the power of physiotherapy and yoga helped her rebuild her strength, mobility, and confidence - step by step.

Today, through Krisia, she is giving back.

We are teaming up with Spineflex Sports Physio & Yoga with Ami to bring wellness, recovery support, and hope to underprivileged women who may not have access to the care they deserve.

This initiative is not about recognition or promotion. It is simply an expression of gratitude and responsibility. Krishna believes deeply in giving back to the people and the practices that helped her rebuild her life.

Because healing should never be a privilege - it should be a possibility for everyone. And no one who is fighting to heal should ever have to fight alone.
