Teja started as voice notes between two long-distance best friends, both working full-time in finance… aka crying over spreadsheets by day and dreaming about fabric samples by night.
Between back-to-back meetings, stress, and market volatility, we kept asking ourselves one question: why does “luxury” always have to mean “there goes my savings account”?

Building this hasn’t been cute and aesthetic 24/7. We’ve flown to China running on three hours of sleep, walked through factories not knowing if we were being overcharged, and dealt with more than a few “shady supplier” moments where people clearly thought two young girls wouldn’t know better.
