I absolutely love doing this type of alteration. If anyone knows me, they know I hate waste, and single size (or non-adjustable) clothing is such a barrier when you change shape. I know of so many people who have so many clothes that they love or provide a particular use (eg., Uniform) that they can no longer use because they don't fit right. Remember that sizing and shape alterations can almost always be made. It's so rewarding to know that a piece has been saved and can continue to be used by my customer. Often, seamstresses avoid sizing alterations beyond 2 sizes. However, it is often possible to change beyond that if you can work around the static aspects (eg., Embroidery, etc.).
