Lately, I've found myself craving quiet moments more than ever.
Not scrolling. Not working. Not planning the next thing.
Just sitting somewhere in nature and staring at the horizon.

As women moving through peri-menopause and menopause, there is so much changing within us. Some days can feel overwhelming. Our bodies speak a different language. Our emotions rise unexpectedly. The pace that once felt natural no longer fits.

I've discovered that when I give myself permission to simply sit and watch the ocean, the trees, the clouds drifting by, something softens. Nature doesn't ask me to be productive. It doesn't ask me to have all the answers. It simply reminds me that change is natural.

The tides change. The seasons change. The landscape is constantly transforming, yet it remains beautiful.

Maybe we are being asked to do the same.
To slow down. To listen. To trust the woman we are becoming.

Sometimes a few quiet moments with the horizon can feel more healing than a hundred attempts to push through.

And perhaps that's not a luxury at this stage of life.
Perhaps it's medicine.

Does that inspire you?

To the Woman Looking in the Mirror and Wondering Where She Went...

There comes a time in a woman's life when everything seems to shift.

Our body changes.
Our emotions run deeper.
Our energy rises and falls in ways we don't understand.
The reflection in the mirror feels unfamiliar.

Perimenopause and menopause can feel like a storm - not because you are falling apart, but because you are being reshaped.

We have been taught to celebrate youth, smooth skin, and endless productivity. But what if this season isn't about losing who we were?

What if it's about becoming who we were always meant to be?

The lines on our face are not signs of decline.
They are maps of laughter, heartbreak, resilience, and wisdom.
The softness, the changes, the greying hair, the shifting body - none of it diminishes our beauty.

You are not becoming less.

You are becoming more.

More discerning.
More authentic.
More powerful.
More unwilling to shrink yourself to make others comfortable.

Some days will feel hard. Some days you may grieve the woman you once were. Honor her. She brought you here.

But don't forget to welcome the woman you are becoming.

She is fierce.
She is wise.
She is radiant in ways that have nothing to do with age.

This chapter is not the end of your story.

It is the moment you stop apologizing for taking up space and begin stepping fully into your own light.

And that, beautiful woman, is a kind of power that only time can create. ✨

It was such a joy to dress these incredible women for the workshop.
I loved watching each one feel drawn to a different style, and then truly embody it in her own way.com.ausacred.garden

I was honored to collaborate with you and participate in the Circle of courage.

5 signs you dress for others… and not for yourself.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. Because I used to do it too. And honestly? Most women I talk to have at some point.

So here they are:

‌1) You buy something because it’s on trend, not because it actually feels like you.

• You see it everywhere, everyone’s wearing it, so you get it. But then it sits in your wardrobe and you never really reach for it. Sound familiar?

2) Before you buy something, you think about what other people will think.

• Not how YOU feel in it. What will she think. Will he notice. Will I fit in. That’s not dressing for you.

4) You ask for opinions before you decide.

• You send photos to the group chat, you ask your partner, your sister, your friend. And if they don’t love it, suddenly you don’t either.

4) You feel uncomfortable in anything that stands out too much.

• You want to be stylish but not too stylish. You pull back just before you go too far. Just in case.

5) You own pieces you love but rarely wear them.

• Because they feel like “too much” for a regular day. Like you need a reason to wear something beautiful.

I designed Re.V.tal for the woman who is ready to stop doing all of this.… Or at least start trying.

Your style is yours. It doesn’t need anyone else’s approval. 🙏🙏

The ‘Ironhide Cuff’ is one of those pieces that works with everything and elevates anything, whether you’re dressing up, dressing down, or somewhere beautifully in between.

Double leather curved around the wrist. A brass panel that catches the light. Adjustable, comfortable, and completely its own.

Wear it alone and it’s a statement. Layer it with the Tribal Disc Cuff and it becomes something else entirely, bold, tribal, unapologetically you.

There is something that shifts as we move through the years, and it’s deeper than the physical changes we see in the mirror. You begin to relate to yourself differently. You care less about outside approval and more about how you actually feel in your body.

Menopause can be part of this journey, and it was for me, but what stayed with me most was the lesson of acceptance. Not fighting every change, but learning to honour it with as much love as you can master.

With age comes a grounded wisdom, that allows you to express yourself more freely. You realise you are becoming more yourself. And that, to me, is more precious than young beauty.

The Wabi Jumpsuit is made from 100% bamboo satin, washed to give it this soft, melange texture that feels incredible against the skin. Wide legs, a loose fit, a belt to define your waist when you want it, and hand-painted brushstrokes on the front and back that make every single piece completely one of a kind

Because that’s what I believe in.. clothes that feel as good as they look, and look like nothing else out there

It’s wearable art. And it’s made for the woman who doesn’t follow trends, she sets the tone for her own life

I was watching this interview with Cameron Diaz the other day and I couldn’t stop nodding.

She was talking about ageing… and how she’s actually made peace with it. Like really made peace with it. Not in a “I’ve given up” way. More like… she’s finally stopped fighting herself and started enjoying who she is now.

And I thought… yes. That’s exactly it!

I think so many of us spend so much energy trying to look like we did at 30. And I get it, I really do. But there’s something so powerful about a woman who has just… decided to be where she is, fully, unapologetically.

And it’s not always easier for beautiful women. Sometimes it’s actually harder, because so much of their identity was tied to beauty in that younger sense. Letting go of that version of yourself takes a different kind of courage.

That’s the woman I design for. The one who has lived, who has stories, who knows herself in a way she simply didn’t when she was younger.

Age isn’t something to hide. It’s something to wear.

Would love to know, how do you feel about ageing? Has your relationship with yourself changed over the years? Tell me below, I would love to know…
