🦋 The pieces I shared last night were received so beautifully, thankyou everyone! I felt inspired to spend today creating a couple more to add — this is the updated offering of what’s currently available.

🌹 The red corn is one I have grown myself & just waiting for it to dry well - I can take a couple of pre-orders ~ Reach out.

Corn has long been honoured as a life-giver — a seed of nourishment, tradition, and deep-rooted ancestry.

A medicine of continuity, of what is grown, tended, and carried through generations. A remembering of our relationship to the earth, to nourishment, and to life itself.

A- Double strand — Oaxacan green corn with apple seeds, garnet gems, bone, and glass seed beads.

B- Australian white corn with those same old apple seeds, bone, lapis lazuli stones, and glass seed beads.

C- Australian white corn, apple seeds, bone, a heavy grounding stone, and glass seed beads.

D- Oaxacan green corn, apple seeds, lapis lazuli, bone, and a shell pendant.

Each piece is finished with a sterling silver clasp and made intentionally, with love. These are an offering and a reminder of the beauty in what we plant, protect, and pass forward.

There are four one-of-a-kind pieces available now & I’ll update this post as they sell.
They aren’t on the website yet — purchase is through DM.

3. Oaxacan green corn, apple seeds, lapis lazuli, a vintage brass pendant, and glass seed beads.

🦋 She’s ready.

The Hibiscus wrap has come to fruition after time spent shaping and refining it — wearing it myself to understand how it moves and feels.

I’ve fallen in love with the way it flows.

A wrap piece designed to move with you. Worn as a dress or wrapped as a skirt, it carries an easy, island-inspired feel — almost like wearing a sarong. It softly honours the female form, and move so beautful with you as you dance through your days!

I’ve personally paired it over loose pants and a blouse, or worn it simply on its own on warmer days.

Each piece is created to order in your chosen colourway, crafted from linen and cotton, with hand stitching and delicate glass hand-beaded details woven throughout.

$220 — made especially for you.

DM to place your order while i work on adding this one to the website soon.
Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4 available.

✨ The Blossom Top

A piece I have decided to stitch entirely by hand, formed from linen and cotton blossoms, and made to be worn in many ways.

It can be worn as a sculptural layer on its own, turned and tied as an underbust wrap, or layered over a blouse or dress to add texture and presence. A special layering piece — shifting with you across seasons and moods.

I am opening the space for five pre-orders, created for you, in your choice of colour. Each one will be made stitch by stitch in my studio, devoted to from beginning to end.

Pre-orders now open ~ Dm me to discuss as I haven’t yet offered this on the website.

🦋 Update on the Creative Giveaway Thread

It has been such a beautiful experience to see what is being shared in the giveaway thread.

So many women here are showing the quiet, profound beauty of creativity that arises from the simple, daily acts of life. Creation is not only in finished pieces or polished projects; it lives in the small gestures — the hands that tend, craft, nurture, and imagine — even when the world doesn’t see them.

As women, we are constantly bringing life into being through our hands, whether we recognize it or not. It is our life force — shaping, tending, and nurturing — even when we do not consider ourselves “creative.”

Every act, whether practical, playful, or meditative, is a thread in the tapestry of creation, connecting us to one another in ways we may not always notice. Seeing the generosity, care, and thoughtfulness shared in the thread reminds me that creativity is never solitary. It is a living, collective presence — and this space is a gentle invitation to witness, connect, and celebrate one another.

Two recipients will be chosen to receive a gift: either a custom Many Hands dress or a blouse + skirt set, made with your preferred colours and sizing, and created in collaboration with you.

To participate in the giveaway, please head to the main giveaway post and follow the steps there.

With care,
Melody

To be a woman is to hold worlds within us.
To gather threads of life and shape them into beauty —
through our bodies, our voices, our hands.

We remember what our grandmothers knew…
how creation rises simply from being alive,
from tending to what we love,
from letting inspiration move through us.

This is me honouring that inner maker —
Slow movement in clothes that I’ve made myself, to support me to feel beautiful being in this vessel.

Sacred Corn Seed Necklaces

In the rich traditions of Mexican culture, corn is more than just sustenance; it represents life, abundance, fertility, and the sweetness of new beginnings. The corn used in these necklaces has been woven with the care of a slow, intentional process, akin to a prayer, honoring the spirit of the corn.

Handcrafted with intention and reverence, each of these unique necklaces is a celebration of the sacredness of corn. Crafted from Indigenous corn direct from Morelos, near Mexico City, paired with glass seed beads & collected special pieces, with a sterling silver clasp.

Handmade by me on Bundjalung Country, Mullumbimby, Australia, these necklaces are not just adornments but a bridge between cultures, honoring the traditions and the spiritual significance of corn.

I’ve only made a handful of these ~ Online the website or DM me if you want one made for you.
