I love a good excuse.

I used to love blaming circumstances, other people, the cards I’d been dealt…

But I also love getting what I want, and one way or another, I will always figure out a way to get it.

You can cry, be frustrated, feel tired and overwhelmed about where you are at, that’s all valid.

But if you want something, you will work out a way to get it. Even if it takes you a hundred tries.

That goes for your health, your wealth, your lifestyle.

So, will you give up and blame circumstances, or are you going to get up and try to do something about it? 🤍

The people I have been blessed to work with over the years have inspired me in every way.

Yes, they’ve improved their health and their physique since starting, but some of their best qualities have nothing to do with how hard they train.

It’s to do with their kindness, their passion, their resilience,

The way they show up for themselves and their loved ones,

The way they follow their dreams,

The way they decide they want change and they go for it.

My clients not only train hard in the gym, but they are just genuinely good people.

And that, more than their dress size or their PBs, should be something they are extremely proud of 🤍
