One of my favourite parts of running Vanberg Supply is hearing the stories behind each purchaseā€”why a piece stood out, what it reminded someone of, or where they plan to wear it.

Itā€™s a reminder that vintage clothing is more than just clothing. Every piece carries a story, and when it finds a new home, that story keeps going.

Most dreams look impractical before they look inevitable.

A lot of people see old clothes.
I see stories worth preserving.

Leaving my job to build Vanberg Supply probably looked strange to a lot of people. Spending my days searching for forgotten clothes, researching their history, photographing them and giving them a second life isnā€™t exactly a conventional career.

But maybe thatā€™s what creativity is.

Choosing to believe in something before anyone else does.
