I built myself a small capsule wardrobe because I was living in activewear and avoiding half my closet.

Graduating didn’t look how I once imagined it would.

At 18, I moved to Sydney knowing no one, chasing a dream I had wanted for so long. I was scared, lonely, and eventually made the hard decision to leave, feeling like I had let myself down.

I moved back home, worked full time, and sat with that disappointment, questioning whether I had failed at something I cared deeply about.

Then I found this course. Through kind mentors and genuine support, I discovered fashion wasn’t just an interest, it was my direction. Every step and every setback suddenly made sense.

I loved it so much that I took a leap and became a stylist. That leap led me to Australian Fashion Week, to meeting inspiring people, and to finally feeling aligned with what I am meant to do.

This graduation isn’t just about finishing a course. It is about persistence, growth, and trusting that detours can still lead you exactly where you are meant to be.
