I booked this ladies for a clean 2 weeks ago. They double booked me and tried to cancel the day before but were nice enough to come when they found out I had a rental inspection due the next day.

They were in my small 3x2 - cottage lot for a total for 1 hour 15 mins cleaning, charged me $130 ( $104 an hour for 2 of them.

1 hour 15 mins they rushed out without vacuuming my living and master - which are the 2 most lived i rooms.

When I questioned it, instead of apologising they then proceed on to say - words to the effect of, ‘ I can’t do this’

I have got the IP address and I will be making a complaint to Consumer Protection.

This review is coming from a business account as after all of these they then - instead of apologising proceed to block me. While I spend my evening finishing up the job I hired some one to do.

Disappointing to say the least.

We all have bad days - cmon ladies it’s as simple as apologising.
