Tim, aka The Glasses Mister, has a new toy… and I think it’s safe to say he’s loving it! 😂☕️

He’s taken his new role as resident barista very seriously, apparently just making me a coffee isn’t enough anymore, it has to come with The Glasses Lady on top! 🤓☕️

I’m definitely not complaining… I could get very used to this! ❤️

Now I’m wondering what creation will be on tomorrow morning’s coffee! 😂☕️

You don’t have to go wild to wear something a little different.

This frame has a deep green front — subtle enough to wear every day — with tortoiseshell sides adding a bit of character when you turn your head.

It’s smart. It’s masculine. And it’s definitely not another boring black frame.

That’s the sweet spot I’m always looking for with men’s eyewear.

Something that feels comfortable and easy to wear, but still has enough personality to make it yours.

When I’m creating a frame for a guy, I need to take my time and dig a little deeper to really get to know him and his personality.

Believe it or not, men aren’t always quite as forthcoming about how they really feel about their glasses 😂

But the more time I spend chatting, listening and getting to know what they like — and what they definitely don’t — the more their true personality starts to come through.

And that’s when we can have a bit of fun with it.

This frame was created for a man who wanted something subtle and elegant, but definitely not boring. So we kept the front refined and understated, then added that little pop of excitement through the sides.

I love getting to that point where I put the frame on him and think, yep… that’s you. Not too much, not too safe, just something that feels right and brings out a bit of his personality.

And yes fellas… sometimes I might have to prise that information out of you first 😂👓

⭐ THIS is why I do what I do.

When Nitesh first came to see me, he had a problem.

He needed glasses… but he simply couldn’t find a frame wide enough to fit him properly.

He’d tried the usual optical stores. Even their biggest frames weren’t big enough, and he was starting to feel like there just wasn’t an option for him.

But there was. 🤓

So rather than trying to make him fit the glasses, I had a frame custom made to fit him.

And this was the result. ❤️🖤

A bold red front, black and white checkerboard sides and, most importantly, a frame that actually fits the way it should.

Then I received this review…

“It looks better, fits perfectly… All in all, money well spent. I got compliments from everyone I showed it to.”

That bit made me smile. 🥰

Yes, custom eyewear costs more than picking a standard frame off the shelf — but when you’ve spent years being told there’s nothing to fit you, finally putting on a pair that fits AND looks bloody fabulous is worth it.

Whether your face is wider, petite, your bridge is difficult to fit, or you’re simply fed up with compromising…

sometimes the right frame doesn’t exist yet. So I create it. 💜

Nitesh came to me because finding glasses wide enough to fit him properly had always been a struggle.

So we went custom.

But instead of playing it safe, we went RED — bold, confident and definitely not what he would normally have chosen. 😍

And seriously… look at him!

This is exactly why I love encouraging my clients to try something different. Sometimes the pair you would never pick for yourself is the pair that completely changes how you see yourself.

Glasses don’t have to disappear on your face.

Sometimes they deserve to make the entrance. ❤️👓
