I still remember the silky cushion I made my mum when I was a kid, it is still on mum’s couch! I loved that silky fabric and my kids all love the feel of it too. So on Friday the Punkah vacation care kids will be bringing these silky little cushions home. ❤️

Christmas candles! This one is a free workshop for bigger adult size Sew n Sews😀if you are free Thursday 17th December sometime between 10-12 come for a (free) morning tea put on by BRV at the Bright Bushfire Recovery Hub, Riverside walk ( the beautiful old building that was most recently the chocolate shop) No crafting or sewing experience necessary. The plan is to make one for your table at home and then to make as many as we can which will be given out free to the community with some Christmas caroling the following week. Been a long time in between sewing classes due to Covid restrictions. Thought I would start a little project of selling 1 type of toy per week. Handmade felt toys are perfect for open ended creative play for kids.

So this weeks project is the kookaburra. Ready made toy (not a kit) $5 if paying cash, $6 PayPal. Local delivery to your doorstep to Wandiligong, Bright and Porepunkah will be Wednesday. Send this page a PM if you’d like one for the lucky child in your life ❤️😊

Little Sew 'n Sews will be offering birthday parties this term as a trial.

-Availability would be Saturday mornings between 10am and 12 noon during the school term only

- I would come to you and provide everything
needed for the project.

- The sewing project would be on offer for 1-1.5 hour, with a firm maximum of 10 children.

- cost would be $50 plus $10 per participating child

- project would be decided together with party host
