⭐ TERMS & CONDITIONS 2026
Please read before placing a custom order. By ordering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
📏 Sizing & Measurements
• Please choose your sizing carefully.
• No refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
• If I take your measurements, refunds only apply if I made an error.
• Weight changes after measuring are not eligible for refund/exchange.
• Items made using your own measurements are final sale.
💰 Deposits & Payments
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
• No work begins until the deposit is received.
• Remaining balance is due when your order is complete.
• Payments accepted: bank transfer, PayID, Google Wallet.
🧵 Fabric & Availability
• Some fabrics are limited and may sell out.
• If a fabric runs out, alternatives will be offered.
• Fabric quantities are not guaranteed.
⏳ Turnaround Times
• Estimated turnaround: 4-6 weeks.
• This is a guide only - many orders are finished sooner.
• Delays may occur due to workload or fabric supply.
👗 Order Limits
• Maximum 4 outfits per customer per booking.
• Larger orders can be placed on layby.
📦 Postage & Pickup
• Tracked postage is strongly recommended.
• Envelope postage will only be sent registered.
• I am not responsible for lost parcels when tracked options are declined.
• Pickup available by appointment.
💬 Communication
• Preferred contact: Messenger, email, or SMS.
• Replies may take 24-48 hours.
• All order changes must be made in writing.
• Aggressive or abusive communication will result in cancellation (deposit forfeited).
🎨 Custom Designs
• All custom designs must be approved before sewing.
• Once approved, changes may not be possible.
• Changes after approval may incur fees.
🪡 Handmade Variation
• Handmade items may have slight variations in stitching, pattern placement, or colour.
• These are normal and not considered faults.
🧼 Care Instructions
• Care instructions will be provided.
• Damage caused by incorrect washing is not eligible for refund.
• Repairs may be offered at a fee.
⚡ Rush Orders
• Rush orders incur a surcharge.
• Rush orders depend on fabric availability.
• Rush orders cannot be cancelled.
🎄 Peak Seasons
• Turnaround times may extend during busy periods.
• Layby may not be available during peak months.
• Limited spots may open/close without notice.
🔁 Refunds & Faults
• Refunds apply only to genuine faults.
• Faults must be reported within 48-72 hours of receiving your item.
• Photos must be provided before returning an item.
• No refunds for: change of mind; incorrect sizing; fabric choice; handmade variations; washing damage.
• Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at my discretion.
🔒 Privacy
• Your contact details are used only for order processing.
• Information is stored securely and not shared.
📸 Photos & Social Media
• I will not post photos of customers or children without permission.
• Garment-only photos may be used unless you request otherwise.
🧺 Fabric Pre-washing
• Some fabrics may be pre-washed; others may not be.
• Pre-washing may affect shrinkage and colour.
⏸️ Abandoned Orders
• If you become uncontactable for 14+ days, your order may be cancelled.
• Deposits/payments are forfeited if communication stops.
• Final balances must be paid within 7 days of completion.
💳 Payment Method Fees
• Some payment methods may incur small processing fees.
• Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days to clear.

🕒 Business Hours
• Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm
• Sat: 9am-12pm
• Messages outside these hours may be answered the next business day.
🌍 International Buyers
• Prices are in AUD.
• Customs fees/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Items will not be marked as “gifts”.
• Please check Australian sizing before ordering.
• Email + phone number required for customs paperwork.
🔄 Policy Updates
• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
• Customers with active layby plans will be notified of changes.
