The average person now spends over 7 hours a day looking at a screen. Your eyes were never designed for that.

Here’s what’s happening: screens give off blue light, and staring at them for hours on end is a big reason behind the eye strain, headaches, dry eyes and that foggy, drained feeling by mid-afternoon. It’s not that you’re not coping, it’s that your eyes are working overtime.

Blue light glasses help filter that light, easing the strain on your eyes through the day and protecting your wind-down at night. A small change, for something your eyes do every single waking hour.

If your work lives on a screen, they’re worth it.

If you’ve been calling yourself lazy lately, read this ➡️

So often, what feels like a lack of willpower is actually your body running low on the things it needs most: rest, light, fuel and recovery.

You’re not failing. You’re likely just depleted, and the good news is, that’s fixable. When you start giving your body proper support, the energy, focus and motivation tend to follow on their own.

So before you push harder, try this instead: look after the basics. Be kinder to yourself. Your body’s been doing its best with what it’s had.

JC | Health & Movement Coach is onto something most people miss. 🌙

JC , a health & movement coach swapping his light bulbs for better family sleep, and there’s real science behind why it works...

Here’s the quick version: your body decides when to sleep by reading light. Regular bulbs give off blue light, which tells your brain it’s still daytime and holds back melatonin, the hormone that makes you sleepy. So even when everyone’s tired, the lights are quietly keeping the whole house wired.

Circadian bulbs are different. They give off a warm, blue-light-free glow that lets melatonin do its thing, so winding down happens naturally.

And the best part? It’s the easiest change you’ll ever make. No new routine, no extra steps, just swap your bulbs, and your evenings do the rest.

Infrared sauna vs red light therapy, what’s the actual difference? 🔴

They get lumped together, but they work in completely different ways.

An infrared sauna uses infrared heat to warm your body from the inside out. The key word is heat, you sweat, your core temperature rises, and that’s where the benefits come from (relaxation, circulation, that post-sauna glow). It’s all about warming you up.

Red light therapy isn’t about heat at all. It uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that are absorbed by your cells, helping them produce more energy. That’s what supports skin, recovery and overall wellbeing, without heating you up.

So in short: sauna = heat. Red light = light. One warms your body, the other works at a cellular level.

Both have their place, but if you want the cellular benefits without the heat (or the sweat), red light therapy is the one. And you can do it in 10 minutes, from home. 🔴

Did you know red light therapy is safe for dogs too? 🐾

Our red light panels actually have recommended settings for different uses, including a pet setting made specifically for them.

Red light therapy isn't just for athletes or skincare enthusiasts. ⬇️

It's a simple addition to a wellbeing routine, whatever your age or lifestyle.

Red and near-infrared light work by interacting with cells in the body, a process known as photobiomodulation.

It's why red light therapy is being used in wellness routines to support recovery and overall wellbeing.

And with an at-home panel, there's no need to book appointments or leave the house.

Just a few minutes set aside for your routine, on your own schedule.

Now he’s using the Red Light Hat as part of his routine, and we’re following his journey.

If you’ve noticed your hair thinning, this is your sign to do what he did: look into it properly. Red light therapy works at the scalp, supporting your follicles where hair actually begins, 10 minutes a day, worn like a cap.

Here's something most people don't realise: your bedside lamp could be keeping you awake. 🌙

Regular lamps give off blue light, the same light that tells your brain it's daytime and holds back the melatonin you need to wind down. So you read a few pages to relax, and you're actually signalling your body to stay alert.

Our Evening Glow Amber Book Light is different. It's 100% blue-light-free, a soft, warm glow that lets you read, journal or wind down without disrupting your sleep. Clips to your book, bends where you need it, and it's small enough to take anywhere, bed, the couch, even on a plane.

A better way to read before bed. 🌙
