I'm Yvonne, I've been sewing with passion since 2010. I have completed a Pattern- and Dressmaking Tafe Course in 2011 and have been making all sorts of things since then. I like fabrics and fashion, and what got me back into sewing clothes was the lack of longer skater dresses, the lack of cool Nylon items for little kids, and the lack of variety (you know, say, cool designer leggings that you sa
w on a website, but they weren't available in a Skater or Maxi Dress, haha). Especially for bigger sizes I always found the skater skirts way too short. So yeah - after years of making Modern Cloth Nappies, Bags and kids things, I started to make heaps of leggings, skaters and Maxi Dresses for myself, my daughter, for family and for heaps of friends, and since it is so much fun for me to make them, I decided to revive my page here and offer clothing articles to friends and their friends, I go by word of mouth and would like to see this as a tiny side business kinda thing, because I would never have the time to go full-time or get big.
