Hello to all of my faithful followers.

I am announcing that I am stepping away from millinery, for a number of reasons.

I feel the fashion/horse racing millinery is going in a direction that does not sit with my vision of a beautiful and flattering hat or headpiece. I am increasingly being asked to make a piece that just does not resonate with me, hence my enjoyment has gone.

Will not be taking on any new commissions, however, in line with my passion for sustainability and upcycling I will still be undertaking restoration work and of course my beloved Akubra cleaning and restoration.

I thank you for all of your support and truly hope that you will like my new endeavour which I will launch in the near future.

Look for pieces of clothing that are all made from salvaged textiles, trims and vintages laces that I have sourced from all over the world All will be one of a kind piece and each will have a story of how they came about. I will also include the provenance of the content of each piece. I have been doing this for some time now and have been overwhelmed by the response, so have decided to offer my artistic pieces to the wider community.
