Okay so this hurts my heart but unfortunately this is how it is… CJ & Myself (Tom) both stand very tall about this month but here it goes!

This one means more to us than just clothing.

Today we’re proud to release our new Men’s Mental Health design, created to help spread a message that we believe every bloke needs to hear

CHECK ON YOUR MATES

In Australia, men account for around 75% of all su***de deaths, with an average of seven men losing their lives to su***de every single day. These aren’t just statistics… they’re fathers, brothers, sons, mates, work colleagues and people who are loved by many

As business owners, this cause is incredibly close to our hearts. Like many Australians, we’ve lost people we cared about to mental health battles. We know firsthand the heartbreak, the questions left unanswered, and the impact it has on families and communities forever

Too many men suffer in silence because they feel they have to stay strong, keep pushing forward, and carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. The reality is that it’s okay to not be okay, and it’s okay to ask for help

Our hope is that this design starts conversations. That it reminds someone to send a message, make a phone call, catch up for a coffee, or simply ask, “Are you alright mate?”

You never truly know what someone is going through behind closed doors

If this shirt encourages just one conversation, one mate to open up, or one person to seek help, then it has done exactly what it was designed to do

Look after yourselves. Look after your mates. Speak up. Reach out.
