The refurbishment of Creative Kindness has turned into a much bigger job than we anticipated, so unfortunately we won’t be open again tomorrow.

✨ A little transformation is happening! ✨

Tomorrow, Redeemed and Rehomed by Creative Kindness will be closed for a revamp day as we work behind the scenes to bring some exciting changes to the shop.

I’m so excited to spend the day refreshing, rearranging, and creating a beautiful new experience for everyone who walks through our doors. 💜🦋

I can’t wait to welcome you back during the week so you can see what we’ve been working on and discover what’s new in store.

Connections Day 💜

Yesterday I went and bought a few things from Contessor and what a lovely, lovely lady she is.

Not only did she support my little family business, but she also surprised me with a couple of extra goodies. That simple act of kindness truly made my day.

I’m praying that after the operations on your feet, you’ll be free from pain and able to enjoy each day with greater comfort.

This afternoon, I had two beautiful ladies, Heather and Bree, call in, and their kindness truly touched my heart. 💜

It was such a blessing to sit and have a wonderful conversation with sisters in Christ. We talked about our churches, the Book of Esther, and even shared a love for old movies — including Esther and the King.

We also had some lovely conversations about shoes (because who doesn’t love a good pair of shoes! 😊), but more importantly, we shared stories, faith, and encouragement.

Thank you, Heather and Bree, for taking the time to visit, for your kindness, and for the beautiful conversation. I can’t wait to get to know you both more and see where God leads our friendship. 💜🦋

A big thank you to my wonderful neighbour, Paul, for fixing my Wave Zone chair! 💜

You may have noticed I haven’t been out waving this week, and that’s because my trusty Wave Zone chair needed some repairs. Thanks to Paul, it’s all fixed and ready to go again.

Also, just a heads-up—on Monday the shop will be having a bit of a reshuffle! I’m excited to freshen things up, create some new displays, and make it even easier to browse.

Connection of the Day 💜

Yesterday, Jenna messaged me asking about a dress, so I sent her our address. This morning, I sent her a quick message to let her know we were open again today… and the funny thing was, she had just pulled up as I sent it! Talk about perfect timing.

Jenna is visiting all the way from America, and I was so honoured that she chose to spend part of her holiday supporting my little business. She found so many beautiful dresses, and it was such a pleasure helping her.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah and her beautiful family, and what an inspiring mum she is.

She spoke to her children with such kindness and patience, and it truly showed. Her children had wonderful manners, were respectful, and were an absolute joy to have in the shop.

What touched my heart the most was hearing them talk about their love for God. It was such an encouragement and a beautiful reminder that kindness, respect, and faith are being nurtured in the next generation.

Thank you, Sarah, for bringing your family into the shop today. You all made my day, and I pray God continues to bless your family abundantly. 💜
