A proud first for Fempro Armour.

Nambour USC Cricket Club has become the first cricket club to step forward and adopt female-specific Fempro Armour protection.

These players understood the problem immediately: traditional cricket protection was never designed around the female body.

Poor fit is not just uncomfortable. It can affect movement, confidence, concentration and performance. Female athletes should not have to keep adjusting equipment, accept exposed areas or compete in protection designed for someone else.

This partnership is about more than supplying gear. It is about changing expectations.

Better protection can help athletes play with greater confidence, minimise impact risk and focus fully on their performance.

fore I am a founder, I am a consumer.

And as a consumer, I find it frustrating how little information is often provided about how protective gear actually performs.

We see words like:

“Pro.”
“Elite.”
“Advanced.”
“Maximum protection.”
“High impact.”

But where is the evidence?

How was the product tested?
What standard was used?
How much impact energy was applied?
How much force passed through the protection?
Where are the results?

Without that information, customers are left making decisions based on branding, appearance and marketing language.

And when the product is designed to protect someone’s body, that is not good enough.

Many people probably feel the same. Others may simply not realise that the information is missing because they have never been given anything else to compare it with.

Fempro Armour is different.

We believe customers deserve facts, testing information and clear explanations of what the numbers actually mean.

Not hype.
Not vague claims.

Is expensive protective gear really worth the money?

Sometimes.

But a higher price does not automatically mean better protection.

And a cheaper product is not a bargain if it cannot show you how it performs.

Protective equipment does not make impact disappear.

Its job is to absorb, spread, delay and redirect energy so that less force reaches the body.

That is why the number that matters is not just the price.

It is transmitted force.

How much force still passes through the protector during testing?

Then come the other questions:

Does it fit properly?

Does it stay in position?

Can you move freely?

Is it comfortable enough to wear for an entire match?

Will it last?

And does the manufacturer openly explain how the product was tested?

Too many customers are forced to choose protective gear based on looks, brand recognition, thickness or price because the actual performance data is missing.

That is not good enough.

Protective gear should earn its price through measurable performance, fit, comfort and durability.
