Foot Conditions Series: Metatarsalgia 👣
If you're dealing with pain in the ball of your foot, this one's for you.
Metatarsalgia usually occurs when one or more of the metatarsal heads becomes inflamed due to excessive pressure over time.
One of the most effective ways to offload this pressure is through the use of a metatarsal dome. The met dome sits behind the metatarsal heads to lift and separate the bones and joints, helping to restore the transverse arch, and redistributing pressure away from the painful areas.
When combined with an orthotic, this further helps to spread pressure evenly across the footbed, allowing you to get back to having happy and healthy feet.
Don't ignore the pain. ⚠️
