Most people have heard the saying "I fell into it" and yes...this is how I began my career back in 1989. I worked at David Jones ( behind of one of those Cosmetic Counters) And people randomly asked me to do their Wedding or Formal Makeup.....then my name started to get around town..and photographers started to ask me to work with them on Photoshoots. Yes..I certainly did "fall into this" and
i count myself lucky. In 1999 I decided If I wanted to expand and evolve ...I would have to move overseas....and thats when I moved to London. I have learnt the most of my knowledge working there for 5 years and landed a job with MAC Cosmetics and was fortunately asked to join their Creative Team there....my Very First Fashion Show I have Ever Experienced was London Fashion Week. I moved back to Australia in 2003 and was offered immediate Work for MAC Cosmetics in Australia I (again fortunate) to have been selected to work on Melbourne and Sydney Fashion Weeks over the past few years and Won The Australian MAC Competition back to London in 2006. Which was like a dream come true. Now at 52 years of age....i Still LOVE my job and Always Will xx
