“I workout for a few weeks, then lose my motivation” 😞
If this is you then let me start with the good news... We all feel like that at times, if not quite a bit!
Most people are just "interested" in keeping fit, healthy or having “the body they’ve always wanted.” 💪🏽 🍑
They are "curious" enough to "try it"; sign up to a local gym, buy a few PT sessions, only to end up in the same spot weeks or months later... demotivation-central.
What’s the solution?!
Simply, you keep going! No matter how big or small the workout, whether at the gym or home, doing “something” consistently is better than nothing at all.
“Action isn’t just the effect of motivation, it’s also the cause of it” says author Mark Manson... and that’s the absolute TRUTH 💯 (Read that again)
Sure... sometimes we’ll drop off... but deep down, we know that if we will keep going... again and again... fitness will become part of who we are day in, day out, and you’ll start to feel and see noticeable change over time.
I'd be willing to bet that a small percentage of the people reading this message have THAT kind of desire.
