• Any dress delivered after your confirmation shall not be considered for return/changes due to mismatch in size
• For orders from outside of Dhaka, please advance BDT 150 to confirm your order. You can pay the rest by cash on delivery
• We will dispatch your dress only after your confirmation and advance payment (for outside

Dhaka). Any request to change delivery date shall not be considered once your order is dispatched
• Our delivery is done through a third-party delivery partner. Any delay in delivery due to the delivery partner shall not be accountable to Clothing Palette
• Please check your dress upon receiving it from our delivery partner.
