SNOWTEX Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced "Assistant Manager-(Industrial Engineering)" for its Washing & Dyeing Factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capacity planning, process optimization, KPI management, and improving operational efficiency.

Position: Assistant Manager-(Industrial Engineering)
Location: Dhamrai, Dhaka
Employment Status: Full-time

:
 BSc in IPE/ Textile Engineering from a reputed public or UGC-approved Science & Technology University.

:
 3–5 years of proven experience in Industrial Engineering or a related role within a Washing & Dyeing or Textile Factory.

:
 Conduct Standard Minute Value (SMV) analysis and capacity mapping.
 Prepare capacity planning and optimize machine utilization.
 Identify opportunities for resource and cost optimization.
 Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 Establish, monitor, and report departmental KPIs.
 Monitor and improve Right-First-Time (RFT) dyeing/washing performance.
 Analyze machine downtime and recommend corrective actions.
 Improve operator efficiency in dry process sections.
 Monitor material variance (input vs. output) and recommend process improvements.
 Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
