Items that you wish to exchange or return must include all original tags that are unused, unwashed and uncovered. Items that are open or damaged or have no receipt may be denied exchange. We reserve all rights to determine if the products have been altered, used or damaged.
✔ After receiving the product, Vanessafashion.BD has full power to decide whether the product applies to the exchange or return policy.
✔ The exchange must be equal to or greater than the original invoice of the product.
✔ In case of Dhaka, if the customer wants to return the order, he has to return it with delivery charge while the delivery man is there.
✔ In case of orders outside Dhaka, delivery charges which will not be refundable after sending the order.
✔ In case of exchange & return, delivery charge will be paid to the customer.
