STOFFA is a growing fashion brand from Bangladesh, and we're looking for a Performance & Growth Marketer to join our team full-time, on-site in Dhaka.

We're looking for someone who can take real ownership of our digital growth, not just run ads.

What you'll be working on:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• TikTok Ads & short-form content strategy
• Creative strategy & continuous creative testing
• E-commerce performance & conversion optimization
• Prospecting & retargeting
• Campaign scaling & budget optimization
• Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM & GA4
• Performance analysis and reporting
• Google Ads knowledge is a plus
• UGC / Creator marketing experience is a plus

We're looking for someone who:

✅ Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads
✅ Understands e-commerce performance marketing
✅ Can analyze data and make decisions based on it
✅ Understands creative testing, not just campaign setup
✅ Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership
✅ Can identify problems and come up with solutions
✅ Has a strong interest in growing a fashion/e-commerce brand

Not looking for: someone whose main experience is boosting posts or simply setting up campaigns based on instructions.

We're looking for someone who can think:

“What is happening, why is it happening, and what should we test next?”
